Located in Southlake, Texas, this project features a four story, 144,000 square foot senior living complex that includes independent and assisted living apartment units along with memory care and skilled nursing facilities. The building was constructed with load bearing light gauge steel framing supporting a concrete floor deck, floor and roof trusses.
