Brick Row is a wrap style apartment community located in Richardson, Texas that is composed of 500 apartment units that covers 423,000 square feet of leasable area. This community has a leasing office which features many amenities such as two resort style swimming pools, fitness center, conference rooms. The project also includes two precast concrete parking structures and retail space under concrete podiums.
