DALLAS POWER and LIGHT BUILDING – DP&L LOFT APARTMENTS

Located in downtown Dallas, Texas, one of the first large scale projects in the downtown area, the 14-story tower was originally constructed in 1903. The adjacent 19-story art deco tower was added in 1931 along with a 2-story lobby that join both towers. The re-developed towers now offer 156 loft apartments and street level retail.
