ATMOS COMPLEX

The project is located in downtown Dallas and consists of four buildings with a site bounded by Harwood Street, Wood Street, St. Paul Street and Jackson Street. The complex is now a contemporary, urban residential community consisting of 233 loft style apartments. The 450,397 square foot complex also includes 299 secure indoor parking spaces and approximately 12,000 square foot of street front retail space. A new ground level amenity area features a zero edge pool.
